Oliver admires as well as emulates his dad like no other (their bond is unbreakable) as well as hats off to Peter who is just the most patient as well as loving father (his years of Tai Chi truly are available in handy at 3am when a teething infant is screaming). as well as breathe….
Everything is equal in this home as well as he’s totally hands on (couldn’t have it any type of other way) as well as last night, like many others, we took it in turns to tend to a teething infant as well as 3 as well as half year old in the midst of nightmares when all we desired was to sleep. Here’s hoping we get one night soon (crosses every body part crossable) when all of us (in sychronicity) get to sleep through. Please boys?
…Today we visited one of my parents’ restaurants The Olive Tree for a gorgeous Greek Sunday lunch (because if you can’t get great sleep, you requirement great food)…and I handled to quickly catch this photo on my iPhone, a unusual one of Peter who’s usually locked behind his Canon camera taking photos of myself as well as the boys. We truly requirement to get the tripod set up as well as snap some household pictures of all of us.
…So after demolishing tasty Greek dips, succulent poultry kebabs as well as salmon, refreshing Greek salad as well as the Olive Tree’s famous Greek rice, we returned house as the sun came out as well as took it in turns to snooze under our apples trees, enabling ourselves to lastly recuperate from the sleepless week before.
Bliss.
We feel (almost) typical again.
